Delta Green-Lost in the Dark Making Characters

New characters are made according to the new Delta Green rules. Old characters will be converted to these rules.
Each character should have one primary profession and group affiliation. They can have previous background in another profession and group. The profession will provide the character skills (and determine how many Bonds they can have) and the group will provide the character with contacts (Pulling Strings) and Resources within a sphere of influence. Each character has Influence within their group (usually the higher the longer they have worked there).
